The GF(10C) series are clear-edge optical mounts with a 120° exposed optic edge. It allows a beam to pass near the exposed outer radius of the optic without clipping on the mount's front housing. This is useful for combining two beams at near-normal incidence or picking off a beam that is propagating closely to a second beam. It is designed a unique stability design (ZL 2021 2 3015053.5) that combines leaf springs with rigid links. Fix the optics directly above the mounting hole and in a straight line with the mounting holes, using a nylon top wire to secure the optics. The adjuster maintains a 27mm optical axis height at the same time. Adjust pitch and deflection using a 1/4-inch-80 regulator. After adjusting to the desired position, the adjuster can be locked by means of an accessory GF-ACE screw (optional). It is compatible with imperial or metric installations and is easy to integrate into custom designs. If you need to change the light path, simply rotate the whole to turn the reflected beam more than 270°. Placing optics at the intersection of the optical and rotary axes provides users with a number of advantages, including valuable setup time and cost savings. Its adjuster is designed in a complete stainless steel and can be modified with an all-hex wrench to suit OEM applications. In a high-density layout, it can be conveniently placed on mounting holes for adjacent tables that are only 1 inch apart. Integrated assembly with this novel mirror adjuster will require fewer standard parts, reducing the cost of various optical tools.
Sunpump Optoelectronics' GF(10C) series mounts provide a wide range of motion optical mounts to meet different application needs.
