【Product Overview】

MiCAM03-C35IR is an ultra-high sensitivity, widefield optical mapping system from SciMedia equipped with a large 35mm full-size CMOS sensor (2,160×1,280 pixels). Its ultra-high sensitivity CMOS with large pixels, low-noise technology and > 80% quantum efficiency enables imaging of dim fluorescent samples at wide fields of view. For research use only (RUO).

【Key Features】

(1) Wide field of view: 35mm full-size CMOS sensor (47.7mm diagonal);

(2) Ultra-high sensitivity: 19µm × 19µm large pixels, QE > 80%, low noise;

(3) High frame rate: 52.6fps at 2,160×1,280 pixels;

(4) A commercially available fluorescent filter can be installed in the camera head;

(5) Multi-wavelength excitation synchronous control (up to 4ch output).

Wide-field imaging with positive-dF/F fluorescence/luminescence probes; voltage sensitive dye, calcium and GCaMP widefield optical mapping.
