Nasor series laser adopts the optimized design of pump cavity with one lamp and two rods or two lamps and three rods, so as to obtain medium pulse laser energy output with energy output range from 400mj to 1200mj. It has a variety of modes of output, including TEM00, multimode and VRM modes. It can also expand multiple wavelengths according to demand, including UV 266nm and deep UV 213nm.
