【Product Overview】
The tungsten pinhole apertures are designed for high-energy and high-power laser applications. Tungsten offers an extremely high melting point and excellent reflectivity, making it the ideal aperture material for optical transfer assemblies of high-power laser systems, such as apertures within spatial filter assemblies, particularly for Q-switched lasers and advanced photonic sources.
【Key Features】
(1) Pure tungsten, extremely high melting point, withstands high energy density;
(2) ø9.5mm standard disc, thickness 0.025-0.050mm;
(3) Circularity > 1.5µm, centering ±0.125mm;
(4) Hole sizes 5-250µm (5/10/15/25/50/100/250);
(5) Highly reflective aperture surface for Q-switch applications.
【Typical Applications】
High-energy/power laser spatial filtering, Q-switched laser systems, laser processing optical paths, X-ray, electron microscopy and radiation applications.
