The laser ultrasonic field detector uses high-energy laser pulses to generate ultrasonic waves in the medium and uses piezoelectric ultrasonic sensors to detect ultrasonic echoes (direct waves or scattered waves). The detector mainly includes three parts: high-energy pulsed lasers, laser interferometers, Laser automatic scanning control and signal acquisition and processing device. The high-energy pulsed laser generates very narrow ultrasonic pulses by exciting the surface of the tested sample, and the laser interferometer detects the ultrasonic waves generated by the laser pulses, and obtains the defects of the tested sample through the signal acquisition and processing system. The detection has high resolution in both time and space, and has the advantages of wide frequency band, good detection accessibility, and convenient operation. It is especially suitable for fast laser ultrasonic experimental research and various practical application requirements.
application:
Laser Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing of Lead Sealing Layer of High Voltage Cable
Defect detection of composite materials
Stress Testing of Specialty Materials
