Sunpump offers the THZ10 THz power meter based on pyroelectric detection with large active area and fast response. Combined with a current preamplifier, it enables power and energy measurement of THz lasers for cw, chopped and pulsed THz sources.
The THZ10 is a pyroelectric THz detector / power meter optimized for the THz spectral region. It features small size, large active area and short response time. A broadband metallic absorber (approx. 50% absorption, 25% reflection, 25% transmitted into a dump) is used for all THz detector types.
