ASE filter

Overview

Ondax's noiseblockase (amplified spontaneous emission) suppression filter suppresses ASE spontaneous emission that usually occurs in laser diodes. The noiseblockase filter is a wavelength stable laser with a single frequency, which effectively reduces the ASE background ratio of the broadband spectrum. It can usually reduce 70 dB or more laser lines and send 90% of the single frequency spectral lines at the same time. The narrow spectral curve (hwhm < 10 cm-1) of the filter is designed to match shubrock Ultra narrow band notch filter makes it an ideal ultra-low frequency (low wave number), and Raman spectrometer has high signal-to-noise.
