【Product Overview】
The HEA Series High Energy Apertures are high-power aperture elements designed for spatial filtering of high-energy laser beams. Built with an anodized aluminum body combined with light-reflecting heat-dissipation elements, they can be used at focal spots with energy densities at or above the material damage threshold.
【Key Features】
(1) High energy density capability for focal spots near or above material damage threshold;
(2) Anodized aluminum body + light-reflecting heat-dissipation elements;
(3) Three series cover full spectrum: HEA-C for UV/VIS/IR, HEA-W for UV/VIS, HEA-D optimized for UV/IR;
(4) Hole sizes 5-500µm, tolerance 5µm ±20%, 10-100µm ±10%;
(5) 25.3mm (0.996") outer diameter, compatible with 1" standard optical mounts.
【Typical Applications】
High-power laser spatial filtering, Q-switched laser systems, laser processing beam cleanup, research and industrial laser system integration.
