Overview
The emission band of nitrogen molecular laser is in UV band, mainly 337.1 nm, 357.7 nm and 315.9 nm.
Plasma has transverse and longitudinal excited pulsed nitrogen molecular laser. Due to its unique performance (wavelength 337nm, pulse width less than 10ns, average power 0.01-1w), plasma is widely used in the field of microelectronics, such as photomask, complex integrated circuit, production and processing of thin film resistance. Because its short wavelength is easier to focus and get small spots, it is used to process sub micron components. In addition, it is also used as an efficient exposure light source for a variety of photosensitive materials.
